PartyBound
This was the final project for my 'Narrative Production' class at UW Oshkosh. It's a short film about a depressed young man being taken to a house party to let loose and feel better. However, he soon finds out that this has the exact opposite effect.
Odyssey of an Artist
For my final project for my Documentary Production class at UWO. I made a short documentary about the Oshkosh local musician Tevin 'T-Sharp' Sharp.
The Disseminate Project
This was the final project for my 'Video Production & Editing II' class. I decided to create a video that was high in quality. I wanted this video to really show off what I can do.
The Fred Beyer Interview
This was an interview done with Fred 'Fast Freddie' Beyer. He's a piano player best known for doing the music for 'Mad Dog & Merrill Midwest Grill’n®'.
The One Minute Montages
A collection of three short montages I made in my 'Video Production II' class at NWTC. Each of the three montages are intended to evoke a separate specific emotion from the viewer. Those feelings include Melancholy, Serenity, and Unease.
BIO
When I was young I was always fascinated with movies. Most of my earliest memories are watching movies like ‘The Iron Giant’, 'Antz' and ‘Shrek 2’ over and over. I was subconsciously learning what is needed to create a well crafted and well told narrative. However, it wasn’t until I was in fifth or sixth grade that I finally found out what being a film maker/director was, and that this was what I wanted to do. I wanted to tell stories.
I learned all I could about filmmaking and watched any new film I could get my hands on. I went to a film camp at the University of Chicago (Digital Media Academy) for about four years. Now that I’m currently working at a great internship and because I’ve graduated from NWTC, I am going to give my dream a shot.
